Hi, fellow fitness addicts. I hope you're having a fantastic week! Daisy and I were recently discussing just how quickly time passes us by and how important it is to start doing the things you're passionate about. If getting healthy and feeling better about yourself is your passion and something that's calling out to you, then do it now! There's no better time to start improving your fitness levels than TODAY. With that in mind, are you ready for this week's Fitspo Friday motivation?
FITSPO: Short for Fitness-Based Inspiration. Images of active, strong, and fit women that promote proper exercise and diet.
I post this quote every week as a reminder that this is a place for positive + healthy inspiration. Fit bodies come in all shapes and sizes, so I try to post a good mix of body types as motivation. Fitness is all about consistently eating right, working out, and — most importantly — feeling and being healthy!
The images below are from Pinterest and Instagram. I don’t own the copyright to them, I’m just inspired by how fit these girls are! I’ll post all the image sources at the bottom of the page so you can follow the ones you find the most motivating. Here’s this week’s inspiration:

Ab Workout of the Week
My favorite workout this week is a plank with hip dip. Begin in the plank position — here's how to do a perfect plank — and dip each hip towards the ground. Try to hold the pose for a few seconds each time you touch the ground. Keep your abs tight and engaged the entire time you're planking. Alternate the hips and work towards touching each hip to the ground a total of five times during a one-minute plank.
This move works the entire abdominal region, but I really feel it in my obliques and transversus abdominis, which can be seen here:
