Hi guys! I wanted to post a quick update to let you know there's a new makeup video on my YouTube channel! It's a holiday makeup tutorial featuring gold eyeshadows. I included two lip options…a nude lip color, plus a bold red one for anyone feeling a little more festive.
Because Christmas should be sparkly, here's a holiday makeup tutorial with gold eyeshadows! Share on X

Even though it's pretty rare for me to wear red lipstick, I do love this one from NYX. It's from their soft matte lip cream line, and it's the perfect shade for my skin tone. It's not overwhelmingly bright and it doesn't have any orange tones, which don't look good on me.
I also like that it doesn't dry out my lips and it stays put like crazy. The shade is Monte Carlo.
Neutral Lip Option
As I mention in the video, I prefer more of a nude lip with this look since there's so much going on with my eyes already. Here's how it looks without the bold red lipstick. (And yes, I did get some of the glitter in my hair!)
This look isn't quite as sparkly in real life as it looks in the pictures. I used a flash to make the eyeshadow pop.
TIP: If you prefer more of a classic look for the holidays, check out last year's holiday makeup tutorial where I opted for retro Hollywood glam!
If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments. I'm trying to shoot as many videos as I can during my winter break from school, so if you have any requests, please let me know. As always, thanks for stopping by!
