Sometimes I spot a funky makeup look I love so much that I just have to try it out. That's exactly what happened when I saw a recent Nicola Peltz graphic eyeliner look on her Instagram account. It's so unique and dramatic! It's a pretty easy look, so I shot a quick tutorial for it.

Nicola Peltz Graphic Eyliner
If you're not familiar with Nicola, she's the blonde who plays Bradley Martin on Bates Motel on Netflix. Here's one of her graphic eyeliner pics on her Instagram account. This is a close up shot. Pretty funky, right? Here's my tutorial for the look!

Concealer: Tarte | Brows: ABH | Highlight: NYX | Brow Marker (for guideline): NYX | Eyeliner 01: NYX | Eyeliner 02: BH Cosmetics | Mascara: Maybelline | Lip Liner: MAC | Lip Color: bareMinerals | Lip Gloss: Essense (no longer available)
Honestly, the main thing you need to get this look is a very steady hand! It also helps to have a good liner. Clinique's Pretty Easy Liquid Liner is one of my all-time faves!
Graphic Liner Step By Steps
- Lightly line each outer corner using the NYX brow marker as a guideline
- Use the brush tip liner to do the upper lid line and the connecting wing on the outer corner of each eye
- Make sure to hold your hand as steady as possible!
- Use the felt tip liner to line the inner corners. Again, hold your hand as steady as possible. (Difficult, because it tickles!) I used one from BH Cosmetics.
- Add fake lashes, if desired
- Finish off with mascara
It's so fun!! I love it!
Trying to do a halfway-blink so you can see it better.
It's hard to see from the side view, since my eyes are slightly hooded.
Here's a closeup shot of it (and my fake freckles!)
I used Maybelline Lash Sensation on my lashes.
Tried to stop the lines at the same point on each side.
The fake freckles are by Freck! You can use my code Daisy10 for 10% off! (Buy the newer XL version. It lasts much longer!)
This is definitely a very different look for me, but it's fun to shake things up every now and then! What do you think? Is it something you would try? I'm thinking it might be nice for a fun date night look.
