1. Such a good post. So many times we reward ourselves with food, but to lose weight you have to find healthy ideas. You have some great ones.

  2. This is so important, because I think we often forget that justo because we are working out doesn’t mean we shouldn’t reward ourselves if we reach a stepping stone in our goals.
