Simple Salad Idea: Salmon Salad with Diced Green Apples
I grill salmon pretty often, because it's healthy and it's something my daughter and I both enjoy. I purchase 1 lb. of center-cut salmon, season it, grill it for 5 or 6 minutes on each side, and then it's ready to serve. It's so easy!
